Bloom Notary Plus reserves the right to refuse service in accordance with state law.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified during booking. Travel fees may be non-refundable once a mobile notary has been dispatched. Remote Online Notarization sessions must be canceled prior to the scheduled start time to avoid charges.

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued at the discretion of Bloom Notary Plus and in compliance with Florida law.
